Hi Rabbi, I heard that there are people who make a mezonot for less than 2 slices of pizza but hamotzi for more than that and there are people who make hamotzi on even 1 slice. Can you please clarify this halacha? Thank you.

Hello Rabbi. My wife uses oil free make up on shabbat but the eye liner, eye shadow and lip stick do not last. Is she allowed to use regular eye liner, eye shadow and lip stick on shabbat? Thanks
