Hi Rabbi. I am in the middle of renovating the interior of my home adding a bedroom and bathroom. The purpose of these renovations are in large part for shalom bayit and hachnasat orchim in general. Am I allowed to continue to have the workers continue the project during chol hamoed? I feel that if I stop the project for a week, we may lose momentum and the workers might go to other jobs and the delay may be more than just one week if I stop.
