If a woman uses an IUD device as birth control is it considered to be a hatsitsa when she immerses in the Mikva?
These devices can only be inserted/removed by a doctor as far as I know.

It is not a problem. Anything that’s not bothering you and does not cover a majority of your body, is not a Chatzitza. This has both required aspects.
