Is an IUD for birth control considered a Hatsitsa in the Mikva?

Hello Rabbi, If a woman uses an IUD device as birth control is it considered to be a hatsitsa when she immerses in the Mikva? These devices can only be inserted/removed by a doctor as far as I know. Thank You
