Plain vinegar is Kosher for Pesach for all
Distilled white may be a problem. Often the manufacturers of the product will let you know if it’s made from gluten free ingredients.
In any case, if it is the third ingredient listed on a product or later, it is fine, because the percentage of grain possibly in the product is less than 1/60th and is batel.
