Hello Rabbi,

Is this bread from Costco kosher? I noticed one of the ingredients is “enzymes,” could that be an issue if it’s animal-derived?

Ingredients:

Enriched flour (Wheat flour, malted barley flour, niacin, iron, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid) water, sour culture, durum flour, Contains 2% or less of the follwoing: wheat starch, salt, semolina, sugar, extra virgin olive oil, yeast, yeast extract, barley flour, enzymes, ascorbic acid.
