Hi Rabbi. Based on the scenario where the water heater tank is set below 125 degrees, is taking a bath allowed on shabbat as well or just a shower? Thank you.

Yes. A typical bath is fine on Shabbat just like a shower. The problem will be if it is very hot to a point where you cannot enter until you get used to it and you cannot stay in the water too long. Such a hot bath would be a problem.
