1. What are the Halachot around our health?
  2. I’ve also heard you mention in your 6th podcast episode that for our health, we should not keep a Di-oryta or Dirabanan and definitely not a Minhag. Can you explain the sources? And which health (issue) category would apply for which level of Halacha? (For example if someone has a headache it’s fine for them not to do a Minhag, but that doesn’t mean they’re exempt from a Dirabanan, at least that’s my understanding)
  3. Can I eat fried foods?
  4. Can I drink soda?
  5. I don’t smoke, though is it against Halacha?
