Shalom Rabbi, what is your position on wearing tefillin during Chol HaMoed? Should they be worn, and if so, with or without a bracha?

Follow your Minhag. If you are not sure what your Minhag is, don’t wear them.

Hello Rabbi,
In regards of Sukkot, for the next year B¨H, if a person doesn’t have a Sukkah close by or wasn’t able to build one, can Yom Tov candles and Kiddush be made inside the house?
yes! If you live in an apartment building or somewhere where it is not simple to put up a Sukkah, you are Patur as a Mitztaer. My father always said that.
