  • Are we allowed to prepare ceviche on Shabbat for consuming that day?

Ceviche is a dish of raw fish marinated in citrus and and seasonings. The lemon “cook” the fish to make it safe to eat. The fish is not cooked inreality but curated.

  • Which vegetables do we need to be careful to marinate with lemon as to avoid the appareance of pickling?
