Spotting but not Niddah

Hello Rabbi. I have a question regarding a situation where a husband and wife have past the 2 abstination periods and the wife is starting to spot but not enough to render her niddah. Should they abstain at that point or is there no need to? Thank you.

flavored whey protein

A general question regarding flavored whey protein powders. There are not  many brands that come with a hechsher. Do they need hechsher? Specific brand I'm looking at is Clean Simple. Thank you!
