Is this kosher for Passover ? Mikee garlic stir fry

ingredients:

sugar, water, caramel color, salt, hydrolyzed soy protein, garlic purée, garlic emulsion, minced garlic, granulated garlic, less than .1% Sodium bonzoate, and spices.
