I’m traveling in Europe and I went to the Lindt store to buy ice cream. I asked the shopkeeper for the ingredients list in the ice cream but she said it’s not available.
I figure it should not be a problem except for possibly the emulsifier. Can I rely on the fact that even if the ice cream does have an animal-sourced emulsifier, it will be nullified in 60 and it’s also not a Davar Hamaamid?
With much appreciation, thank you!

If a meat flavor would not taste good in a food, then even if it is more than 1/60th, it is Noten Taam Lifgam, and permitted. You can have ice cream in any regular western country. Bon Apetit!
