If kitniyos is not the largest ingredient in a food product, are Asheknazim allowed to eat the food product on Pesach? I’m asking in reference to Heinz Yellow Mustard in which mustard seed is listed as the second ingredient.

Yes, Ashkenazim can eat Heinz Yellow Mustard, because the mustard seeds are Batel Berov (made irrelevant by the majority which is not Kitniyot)
