I am planning on using the dishwasher to kosher all of my cutlery. can I also put my knives in the dishwasher to kosher them as well instead of dipping them in boiling water?
Also wondering if I can use the dishwasher for silicone utensils as well


Yes, yes, and yes. The main things that need kashering are steel utensils, and steel pots & pans, that are normally used on the fire. Silverware and knives etc are not normally used on the fire, but rather usually are used only after the hot food is removed from the pot/pan.
Silicone utensils (even those used directly on the fire) are treated like glass and plastic, as they do not absorb flavor. Clean them well and you can use them on Pesach.
A dishwasher run is perfect.
