Triangle K is run by Rabbi Ralbag. He is a Talmud Chacham and so are his sons. They can be relied on completely. My father was very impressed with Rabbi Ralbag and the way he was handling the kashrut at Hebrew National. While it isn’t Glatt, it is absolutely kosher. Enjoy.
