Can you choose any chametz sale contract online or does it have to be through the rabbi closest to you?
What process or contract do you recommend?
If you get rid of your chametz gamur, should you use a standard contract to cover things that you accidentally kept?
You can use any contract/agreement.
You can even make up your own with any non-Jew that you know. You can make a verbal contract too.
No need to sell anything that you accidentally kept. That is why we have Bitul.
Thank you! So would you need to sell safek chametz or would you have a safek sefeika with: 1. The item may not be chametz and 2. It may be bitul?
