wheat based glucose

My question regarding this, is why is this product different from other wheat based foods where the grain is completely changed………….for example, wheat vinegar or whisky? Thank you Shlolmo Noach

Gut Moed i read on your site that wheat based glucose syrup may be considered chometz free. Non chometz. Because it has undergone many chemical changes.  What is your basis for this peak? thank you Shlomo Noach Mandel
