Hello Rabbi,

I have a couple of questions about Birkat Levana:

1. If one clearly sees the new moon and 10 seconds later it becomes obscured by clouds, may they still proceed with the berakha?
2. In another instance, if the clouds are not too opaque and one can still make out the outline of the moon, may they proceed with the berakha?
