Hello Rabbi,

Is it permissible to use spices that were opened and used during cooking for Pesach?

Is the stream from cooking making contact with the spices an issue?

Also, I have some containers of Baharat spice but they don’t have an ingredients label. As far as I know, Baharat is not made with hamets but without the label I can’t be 100% sure. What should I do in this case?
