Is it permissible to use spices that were opened and used during cooking for Pesach?
Is the stream from cooking making contact with the spices an issue?
Also, I have some containers of Baharat spice but they don’t have an ingredients label. As far as I know, Baharat is not made with hamets but without the label I can’t be 100% sure. What should I do in this case?

You can use open spices on Pesach. If you’re unsure of the ingredients in the Baharat spice, then put it away. No need to sell it. Almost all are not chametz.
