I grew up Ashkenazi in Conservative Judaism. During that time we did not eat kitniyot during Passover. When the rules for Conservative Judaism changed in 2015, I tried to start incorporating more kitniyot into our Passover meals. I was just looking over the list of acceptable Passover foods on your 2025 list. Some of the items on the list contain oats. It was my understanding that oats are one of the five forbidden grains during Passover. Am I mistaken?
