Hi Rabbi Abadi:
Trader Joe’s skim Mozzarella cheese has “Cheese cultures” listed rather than “Cheese”. The list shows only “milk, salt, enzymes, cheese, &/or coloring”. Is “Cheese cultures” something else?

Cheese Cultures are OKAY for Pesach and all year.
