Is the Foster Clark’s vanilla Essence (flavoring) kosher?

It is the only vanilla flavoring at our local market and would like to know if it’s kosher  The ingredient list:

1. Monopropylene Glycol E1520

2. Water

3. Artificial vanilla flavoring

4. Colour E15d

ALCOHOL FREE

Product of Malta (EU)
