Gut Moed i read on your site that wheat based glucose syrup may be considered chometz free. Non chometz. Because it has undergone many chemical changes.  What is your basis for this peak? thank you Shlomo Noach Mandel

Hebrew says לאוכלי שום, but there’s no sesame in ingredients and no allergy warning

We have a container of eggplant babaganoush, that is marked kosher for passover in English and "לאוכלי שום" in Hebrew. Nothing about kitniyot in English or Hebrew, no sesame in the ingredients, and no allergy warning for sesame (but there is one for eggs). OK for...
