Knudsen cottage cheese has a year-round OK-D hechsher. The list of ingredients says: cultured pasteurized grade A skim milk, milk and cream, whey.
It also says: Contains less than 2% of modified food starch, salt, calcium phosphate, xanthan gum, citric acid, guar gum, natural flavor, vitamin A palmitate, vitamin D3.
Is this product kosher for Pesach?
