Please clarify why the “vinegar” and the “dried yeast” in the beyond burger is not problematic for passover. Is it because the item is labeled gluten free and therefore it cant be vinegar made from one of the 5 grains? Sorry for my lack of understanding of the principles here. Thank you
Dried yeast is normally not wheat, but gluten free confirms that.
Vinegar labeled “vinegar” is apple cider vinegar.
Distilled Vinegars and others that are possibly grain, are not a problem if the third ingredient or beyond. Do a search on vinegars here and you’ll see the explanation.
