Email them and ask if the cheese uses animal rennet or not.

I thought there wasn’t an issue with animal rennet? As far as I understand, rennet is an enzyme used in the cheese making process. Thanks

Okay. I would like to clarify. Unless otherwise confirmed with the company, cheese should either have a hekhsher or be marked as “vegetarian?”
