1. You can walk on the beach on Shabbat and Yom tov.
   You can use deodorant on Shabbat and Yom Tov.
   You can use instant hot on Yom Tov, but not Shabbat.
   You can take a regular shower on Yom Tov. On Shabbat you need to be concerned about the hot water. In a typical household, the hot water comes from a hot water heater that is less than 125 degrees Fahrenheit and therefore not Yad Soledet Bo. In that case it is allowed.

   I understand that you have been presented these myths by Rabbis and therefore a bit confused and disillusioned by the absurdity of those statements and attempted justifications. Let me reassure you that these concepts are as ridiculous as you imagined and must have been created by a movement within our culture that barely studies practical Jewish Laws and focuses mostly on hypothetical studies. Keep away from those people and their insane views.
