Hi Rabbi Abadi,

Hope you’re doing well! I had a 200-gallon mikveh with rainwater, but it got drained after the exterminator put poison in it. I read your Teshuva and saw that tap water’s okay. Got a couple quick questions:

  1. Can I fill my 76-gallon mikveh with tap water using a garden hose?

  2. Once it’s filled, can I use the filter/heater? It’s above ground indoors, not attached to the floor, and connects with pipes that pull dirty water, clean it, and add clean, hot water back.

Thanks for your help!
