I would like to know if it is possible to kasher an electric glass smooth top stove and also a sink that is made from a granite composite material and is nonporous.

No need to kasher either.
Use for dairy, clean with soap & water and then you can use it for meat.
The stovetop doesn’t need to be cleaned between meat and dairy
