I was on a website Hadar.org and I see it has women rabbis. I’ve never heard of the concept before. Would there be a problem with a woman rabbi?
Can a woman be a rabbi?

We can ask Devorah HaNeviah, the prophetess, who was also a Shofet (Judge) over the Jewish people in the early days. She led the nation spiritually and judicially, and our entire Mesorah (transmission of Torah and tradition) flowed through her during that time. If Devorah could hold the highest positions of spiritual leadership, then the idea that a woman cannot serve in such a role today is not rooted in halachah, but in later social norms.
