Shalom Rabbi, is it permitted to apply sunscreen on Shabbat? Creams in general are fine except if medicated – does sunscreen count as a regular cream or as something medicinal? Thank you.

Are you allowed to go to the ocean or the beach on Shabbat? And what about paddle boarding or surfing – what is the actual halacha? Also, when using the ocean as a mikvah, can you wear a bathing suit, or is the ideal to go naked? Thank you.

Why is parmesan cheese made with animal rennet forbidden? The rennet doesn’t give any taste to the cheese, and it’s only a very small amount. Thank you.
