Hi, are all 100% agave tequila kosher for passover? here are the details from their site:
The world’s first extra-añejo tequila, Reserva de la Familia is made using only blue agave and aged in French and American oak barrels for a minimum of three years.
Does it matter if they are aged in formerly scotch casks? The max volume of the cask relative to the volume of the tequila is probably shishim, but I dunno…
