Good morning, I saw that some Badia spices and seasonings are on the Passover list.
I have the following products (I didn’t find them on the list, maybe 1 or 2 could be, but not very clearly) from Badia at my local market. I’d like to know if they are kosher for Passover:
1) Steak Seasoning Canadian Blend (Ingredients: Salt, Dehydrated Garlic, Spices, Spices Extractives and Extractives of Paprika.)
2) Lemon Pepper (Ingredients: Salt, Citric Acid, Dehydrated Onion, Spices, Dehydrated Garlic, Silicon Dioxide (to prevent caking) and Lemon Oil.)
3) Harlem Garlic Pepper (Ingredients: Garlic, Salt, Sugar, Spices Including Black Pepper and Tricalcium Phosphate (added as an anti-caking agent).)
4) Curry Powder – Jamaican Style (Ingredients: Spices, Including Turmeric, Salt, and Dehydrated Onion.)
5) Cayenne Pepper (Ingredients: Ground Red Pepper (Cayenne))
6) Paprika (Ingredients: Paprika)
7) Italian Seasoning Mediterranean Blend (Ingredients: Marjoram, Oregano, Thyme, Rosemary, Savory, Basil and Sage.)
8) Minced Garlic in Olive Oil (Ingredients: Garlic, Water, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Citric Acid, Sodium Benzoate added as a preservative.)
9) Garlic and Parsley (Ingredients: Dehydrated Garlic, Dehydrated Parsley, Silicon Dioxide (to prevent caking) and Garlic Oil.)
10) Orange Pepper (Ingredients: Salt, Dehydrated Vegetables (Onion & Garlic), Pepper, Citric Acid, Crystallized Orange, Canola Oil, Rice Concentrate (Prevents Caking), Extractives of Paprika, and Orange Oil.)
11) Garlic Powder (Ingredients: Garlic Granulated)
12) Barbecue Seasoning Traditional Blend (Ingredients: Spices including Paprika, Salt, Onion Powder, Garlic Powder and Silicon Dioxide (to prevent caking))
13) Habanero Hot Sauce (Ingredients: Cane Vinegar, Habanero, Pepper, Carrots, Salt, Lemon Juice, Spices, Sugar, Xanthan Gum, Sodium, Benzoate.)
14) Ground Ginger (Ingredients: Zingiber Officinale Roscoe)
