Can one wear a mask while walking outside on Shabbat?
Issue isn’t wanting to wear a mask, but possible not to make Hillul Hashem being dressed Jewish and not having a mask.
Issues being not carrying in Reshut Harabim.

It can even be pulled down to your chin, if you want to breathe.
