Almost all ShopRite brand shredded cheeses used to have a Tablet K hechsher. Received a bunch of the smaller sizes recently and noticed that they no longer do. Not sure about the larger sizes. Trying to find out if the cheeses lost certification or if this was a printing issue. ShopRite has so far not answered. And Talbet-K does not appear to have a website. Do you know if their whole milk mozzarella, taco blend, yellow cheddar, or 4 cheese pizza are kosher? Thank you.

I don’t know.
As you know, Shop Rite buys the cheese from the manufacturer. I’m assuming that they changed who they buy it from and the new company does not have a tablet-k certification. It’s possible it’s good anyway, but at this point I don’t know.
