Thanks as always for publishing the list and responding to the Q&A.  what an incredible service to us all!    I do look forward to the guide to reading ingredients for pesach when its ready.

I often see things like yeast extract or vinegar or distilled vinegar and am unsure whether they are ok or not.  I can post to Q&A, but it would be great to know how to read  ingredients in general and these in particular.
