Hi rabbi I was looking to purchase a beer mug made out of an animal horn. Does this pose any halachic issues. If no can you use it with milk or with hot liquid. And would I have to dip this cup?

Good question.
You can use such a mug.
It was common in the old days.
Hagalah would be required if you use it normally directly on the fire itself, as a Keli Rishon. I’ll assume that you do not.
It does not need Tevila (dipping)
Hope I answered all your concerns.
