Chalav yisrael

1. If you look into the Sugya and you read Rav Moshe’s teshuvos and possibly talk to someone from that era, you will know that rav Moshe’s heter was absolutely not just for shaas hadchak. Don’t buy into the propaganda.

2. Chalav Yisrael is not a gezera, but rather it is a safek. Any way that you can clarify this safek is sufficient.
   We know that all the milk in civilized countries today sold as cows milk is definitely cows milk for various reasons. I’m sure you read rav Moshe’s teshuvos, so you know the reasons.
   Therefore, regular milk sold in the stores as cows milk, with or without certification, is properly considered Chalav Yisrael.
