Kitniyot is just a minhag and is batel berov. If you have an item that has 51% non-kitniyot, it’s good even for Ashkenazim.

These were all looked into and don’t require any certification at all. We certify it without getting paid for it, like the old days, before kashrut became a multi billion dollar business.
