The percentage of the whiskey in the product is very small and the percentage of actual wheat or rye in the whiskey is also minute. So it is batel.

When I saw this something just seemed curious to me.

From a review of the whiskey: McKenzie Bourbon Whiskey is a product of Finger Lakes Distilling and uses a mash bill of corn, rye and barley with the corn and rye being sourced from local farms. “
