Subject:  Krias Shema
Message:  If you have to say krias shema without the brachos one day becuase you'll miss the zman if you wait to daven with a minyan (the magen avraham shita), should you say the third perek of tzitzis as well? I thought since you can say it the whole day it is better to save it till you birchos kriat shema later.
   
Reply:  1) Yes

2) Just say it on a "Tenai," making a deal that if your second Shema is still in time, then you want that to be the one that fulfills your Mitzvah. Otherwise, the first one should be the one.
