Subject:  Hamotzie on Shabbos:
Message:  What's the proper way to make a Hamotzie on Shabbos:

1. Do you make a small cut in the challah prior to making the bracha Hamotzie? If so, what is the purpose?
2. Are you supposed to lift the two challahs when you make the bracha?
3. Should salt be used on the challah? If so, sprinkled or dipped?
4. If you are making the bracha for a group of people, do you immediately bite into the first piece cut, or can you continue to cut the for everyone else before you taste a piece?
5. What is the minumum amount of challah that you are required to eat? (Let's say you're on a very low carb diet.)
