Paper towels |
| Message: |
Dear Rabbi,
I know that it is permitted to rip a piece of paper towels as long as it is not on the preforation and it is a sha'at hadechak. However, is it permitted to tear a bounty if it has the decorations or the designs. what if it is just the texture from the new quilted- quiker- pick- your- upper thing.
Also what is the halacha if there is texture on anything else that you want to rip.

If you can rip it, the designs are irrelevant.
What is the new quilted- quiker- pick- your- upper thing?
