Subject:  Shema Y'srael
Message:  Is one allowed to say the shema after birchat hashakhar if they are worried they wont be able to say it in time according to Gra and Magen Avram time with a minyan. IF this is the case do i still need to repeat the before blessings, the Shema, and afterblessing later if i doven with a minyan, hencefore saying it twice in the morning. Is that ok?

Reply:  Either pray the Shema earlier without the Berachot and then later pray with the Berachot in a Minyan. Or pray it all earlier without the Minyan and follow it with Shemona Esrey/Amida, and skip the Minyan. If you know the Minyan will miss both Zemanim, it's better to use the second choice.
