Message:  I was in a Pizza shop where the owner yelled at the waitress for chasing a customer for a tip. I spoke to him   quietly afterwards and explained that he would be within his rights to fire her but by yelling at her he made me uncomfortable and reluctant to come back to his establishment. He was a frum guy and I mentioned embarassing someone in public was a no-no. But he knew that. That it would cost him customers hadn't occurred to him. That approach worked. DW
