Subject:  P.A.N. Pre Cooked Corn Meal
Message:  As I understand it, corn meal does not require certification. But, this is pre-cooked.

PAN Ingredients: Precooked Corn Meal Enriched (Niacin, Iron, Riboflavin, Tiamin and Folic Acid).

Is it Kosher?

Background on why I ask this:
Pre-cooked corn meal is produced and available in the US by the companies Goya and PAN. The Goya brand is certified Kosher. The PAN brand does not have any indication of being Kosher. In the US it is manufactured in Texas. (PAN is Kosher in Venezuela, but is manufactured at a plant there). The Goya brand is not Gluten Free due to traces of wheat while PAN is. (I have Celiac Disease, so while Goya is Kosher I cannot eat it. I have had reactions and am looking for an alternative).
