Subject:  : Re: chocolate / peanut butter
Message:  Now I'm really confused.
Is'nt the Beracha for apple sauce that is fully ground where you do not see actual pieces of apples SheHakol and not HaEitz, , and smooth peanut butter that is fully ground where you don't see actual pieces of peanuts a SheHakol and not HaAdamah? If the above is true, why doesn't it apply to chocolate. If it is not true, what this the correct Berachas for the above.
Thanks much

Reply:  Things that are changed in form significantly to become something that is not the normal way of eating, like maybe Rice flour, you make a lesser blessing.
People distorted this rule, by not understanding the concept.
