Subject:  little mistake, big results
Message:  This past Friday night we made a little blunder. We usually keep our food warm on an electric hotplate (it gets quite hot). With meat we use it plain, with dairy we cover with two layers of foil. When we need the food to not get too hot, we put a tray down to separate.

I made a chezkat dairy meal this Friday night, but we a) forgot to cover the hotplate and b) used a meat tray under one tray of food.

Nothing had been used within 24 hours, and there was no actual dairy in any of the food.

What's the status of:
a. the hotplate?
b. the tray?
c. the food that was resting on the tray (in a disposable pan)?
d. the dairy pot that was directly on the hotplate?
e. the food that was in that pot?

Thank you!
