I once you asked why anything cooked in treif animal or chicken fat is treif, when this fat is not edible. You responded that the fat gives flavour. Wouldn't a treif flavour be the same, as it is inedible on its own but gives an end flavour to the product it is added to?
The items that are Treif that are in products are the coloring. Treif Flavors need to be specified.
